About the project
Double the effort — and double the joy in the result.
DUAL — twofold, double, dual. It is the guiding principle of our practice: every project passes through two independent lines of thinking before it becomes a building.
The office was founded in 2016, merging the architecture studio SIA “2727” with architects from SIA “Skonto Būve”. We work on buildings of every group — from a private house to a 60,000 m² multifunctional development.
